“The hardest chapter of my life became the work I was meant to do next.”
NOW: RUNNING HER OWN ONLINE COACHING BUSINESSFor a long time, I didn't believe I had the knowledge or expertise to build something of my own. What I did have was an experience I never would have chosen.
I spent years in a relationship with a narcissistic partner. Leaving that relationship and rebuilding myself afterwards taught me more than I realised about narcissistic abuse, self-worth and emotional recovery. But I never saw any of that as something I could build work around. To me, it was simply a difficult chapter I had survived.
Chapter One helped me look at that experience differently. I started to see that the things I had learned the hard way could be incredibly valuable to someone going through the same thing. My experience had become knowledge, and that knowledge could help someone else.
From there, I started building something around it. Today, I run my own online coaching business, where I work one-on-one with women to help them leave toxic relationships, rebuild their confidence and move forward with their lives.
The hardest chapter of my own life didn't have to define my story. It became the work I was meant to do next.
